The Institute for Research and Academic Services (IRAS), Assumption University of Thailand, has organized the Research Training Seminar on “Utilizing Generative AI for Research Article Writing: Practices and Ethical Considerations” on May 19, 2025, from 09.00 to 12.00 hrs., conducted online via Microsoft Teams. The seminar was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Praphan Pavarangkoon from the School of Information Technology, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. This academic training aimed to provide faculty members, researchers, and graduate students with in-depth knowledge of how generative AI can be applied to academic writing, while also addressing essential ethical issues such as originality, plagiarism prevention, and the responsible use of AI tools.
