AU General Education Department Organizes “Personality Development Workshop for Building a Charming Look”

From June 4, 2024, to February 28, 2025, the Department of General Education, Theodore Maria School of Arts, Assumption University, organized the project “Personality Development Workshop for Building a Charming Look”. The program engaged 353 students, guided by 1 lecturer and supported by 3 staff members.

The workshop was designed to strengthen students’ personal image and professional etiquette, equipping them with essential skills to succeed in both academic and professional contexts. The objectives included:

  • Developing charm and confidence to positively influence professional relationships and networking opportunities.
  • Protecting and presenting oneself as a competent and successful professional.
  • Cultivating appropriate dress codes, business manners, and behavior in different settings.
  • Enhancing dining etiquette skills while replacing outdated habits with refined practices.

Through interactive sessions, students gained hands-on experience in personal grooming, professional conduct, and social etiquette, which are critical for career readiness and building positive first impressions.
