Yuwaphat Rak Tin Project 2024 Successfully Concludes with Sustainable Community Impact

In collaboration with the Government Savings Bank (GSB), the Martin de Tours School of Management and Economics (MSME Business School), Assumption University of Thailand, successfully concluded the Yuwaphat Rak Tin Project 2024, an initiative that promoted economic sustainability, social well-being, and innovation in local communities and social enterprises in the Lat Krabang and Prawet districts of Bangkok.

The project, coordinated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Uree Cheasakul, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Dhanoos Sutthiphisal, Dean of MSME Business School, ran from February to September 2024 and included five teams working with local business owners:
Econut – Chan Krung Nawat Vithe Community Enterprise
MysticMon – Liap Khlong Mon Community Enterprise
Handiwork Jewelry – From F-Design
Mushroom Madjai – Krathum Chaeng Phatthana Community
Local Pulse – SMCE Baan Koh Klan, Prawet District

Each team applied modern technologies and social networks to enhance business productivity, improve distribution channels, and empower community entrepreneurs.

The Closing Ceremony on September 13, 2024, at the Cathedral of Learning building, featured a product showcase, achievement presentations, and an Awards Ceremony. The Best Team Award went to Local Pulse, followed by Econut (first runner-up) and MysticMon (second runner-up). Local Pulse will represent MSME at the national finals in November 2024 to compete for the prestigious Best of the Best Award.
