Youth Volunteer Project 2024: Supporting Bon Kai Homemaker Community Enterprise

During June–July 2024, students and faculty from the Martin de Tours School of Business and Economics, Assumption University, actively participated in the Youth Volunteer Project 2024 by visiting the Bon Kai Homemaker Community Enterprise Group.

The initiative aimed to develop a sustainable business plan and marketing strategies for the community’s Herbane herbal shampoo products. Students applied their classroom knowledge in management, marketing, finance, and economics to:

  • Increase sales and distribution
  • Raise the income of community members
  • Enhance the overall value and visibility of the community enterprise

This hands-on experience provided students with the opportunity to tackle real-world challenges while creating a positive social and economic impact for the Bon Kai community.
