AU Strengthens Global Collaboration with Sichuan Integrative Medicine Hospital

On December 12, 2025, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) welcomed a delegation from the Sichuan Integrative Medicine Hospital – Sichuan International Exchange Center of Traditional Chinese Medicine, marking a new step in Thailand–China academic collaboration in integrative and traditional medicine.

The delegation visited both AU’s Hua Mak and Suvarnabhumi Campuses, where university leaders and faculty exchanged perspectives on health sciences, traditional medicine, technology, and opportunities for joint training. At the Hua Mak Campus, the visit included a tour of the Bernadette de Lourdes School of Nursing Science, followed by discussions that culminated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focusing on academic exchange, professional development, and collaborative health initiatives.

The visit continued at the Suvarnabhumi Campus, where both sides explored opportunities for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) exchange programs and future academic cooperation. The collaboration reflects AU’s commitment to strengthening international partnerships, expanding learning and research opportunities, and promoting cross-cultural exchange in healthcare education.
