AU Nursing Students Lead Blood Donation Campaign in Honor of National Celebrations

Bangkok, Thailand — August 30, 2024 — The Nursing Student Committee of Assumption University of Thailand (AU), in collaboration with the National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society, successfully conducted a Blood Donation Campaign at the MSM Building, Suvarnabhumi Campus.

The campaign was organized to honor His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua’s 72nd birthday anniversary, Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother’s birthday, and National Nurses Day. Faculty, students, and staff actively participated in the event, promoting a culture of giving and community service.

The campaign received generous support from the Thai-Russian Chamber of Commerce, enabling broad participation and impactful outreach. This initiative demonstrates AU Nursing’s commitment to public health, community engagement, and fostering social responsibility among students.
