In collaboration with St. Thomas Aquinas Wisdom Development Center and MSME Business School, Assumption University of Thailand (AU), N.A.P. Service and Trading Co., Ltd., a leading cleaning service company in Thailand, organized a comprehensive Micro MBA Program designed for middle management employees. The training took place over several sessions held between January 16-17, February 6-7, and March 8-10, 2023, at Hua Mak Campus and Suvarnabhumi Campus at Assumption University of Thailand.
The primary goal of this program was to enhance participants’ knowledge and skills, specifically focusing on areas essential to the core business of the service industry. The training aimed to empower supervisory level employees with the tools necessary for improved leadership, business operations, and management within the organization.
