AU Workshop Promotes Self-Awareness and Well-being Through MBTI

The Graduate School of Human Sciences, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) hosted the workshop “Understanding MBTI for Your Mental Health” on September 17, 2025, at the Hua Mak Campus. The event brought together AU students, faculty, and staff to explore how personality awareness can support well-being, personal growth, and positive relationships.

The workshop was led by Ms. Sally Tan, a personal development and mental health education specialist from Brighton Academy, Singapore. Through a combination of theory and practical activities, participants explored how understanding personality preferences can contribute to stress management, communication, resilience, and self-awareness.

The workshop reflected AU’s commitment to holistic education, recognizing that student development extends beyond academic achievement to include emotional well-being, interpersonal skills, and respect for individual differences.
