AU Hosts MBTI Workshop to Promote Self-Awareness and Mental Well-Being

On November 27, 2025, the Theodore Maria School of Arts, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) hosted the workshop “Understanding MBTI for Your Mental Health” at the Suvarnabhumi Campus. Led by Sally Tan and her certified MBTI training team from Brighton Academy Singapore, the half-day workshop welcomed AU students, faculty, and staff.

The session introduced participants to the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) as a tool for understanding personality preferences, communication styles, decision-making, and interpersonal relationships. Through interactive activities and expert guidance, participants explored how their personality preferences may influence learning, teamwork, stress management, workplace behavior, and relationships.

The workshop also encouraged participants to recognize their strengths, understand potential blind spots, and develop healthier ways of communicating and managing stress. The activity reflected AU’s commitment to holistic education, self-development, and the well-being of its university community.
