Thai Group Holdings and AU Launch “Legacy to Legend” Program to Strengthen Next-Generation Business Leadership

On November 18, 2025, Thai Group Holdings PCL and Assumption University of Thailand (AU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen academic and industry collaboration through the “L2L: Legacy to Legend” executive program. The signing ceremony was held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, bringing together executives from Thai Group Holdings and AU.

The partnership aims to develop future-ready leaders by strengthening leadership capabilities, family business management, succession planning, strategic management, and innovation. The L2L program is designed to support next-generation entrepreneurs and business leaders in managing organizational transformation and achieving sustainable growth across generations.

The collaboration also strengthens AU’s BBA in Family Business Management and Innovation (FBMI) at the MSME Business School, providing students with practical knowledge, real-world case studies, experiential learning, and opportunities to engage with industry leaders. Through this partnership, AU and Thai Group Holdings seek to bridge academic knowledge with business practice and cultivate capable leaders who can drive sustainable growth in Thailand’s business sector.
