MSME Strengthens Family Business Leadership Through Industry-Focused Training

The Martin de Tours School of Management, Economics and Business (MSME), Assumption University of Thailand (AU), strengthened its commitment to practical and industry-relevant business education through the Family Business Enterprise Leadership & Succession Program, conducted from December 2025 to February 2026 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

Organized in partnership with Southeast Life Insurance Public Company Limited, the program equipped family-owned businesses with practical knowledge in leadership development, corporate governance, and succession planning. Expert-led workshops combined real-world case studies with strategic frameworks, helping participants address complex family business challenges and prepare their organizations for sustainable growth across generations.

The initiative was further supported by MSME’s Bachelor of Business Administration in Family Business Management and Innovation, which prepares the next generation of family business leaders through hands-on projects, industry mentorship, international exposure, and training in business transformation, AI and digital technologies, global expansion, and sustainable growth.
