The Thomas Aquinas School of Law (TASL), Assumption University of Thailand (AU), hosted the ALSA AU Legal Debate Competition 2025 on September 15 and 22, 2025, at the Hua Mak Campus. Organized by the Assumption University chapter of the Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA), the competition provided law students with an opportunity to develop critical thinking, persuasive communication, legal analysis, and professional confidence. Guided by Dr. Norarit Sudsanguan, Dean of TASL, and supported by A. Artit Pinpak, Advisor of ALSA AU, the competition connected academic knowledge with practical legal skills. Students debated complex legal issues while being assessed on their reasoning, presentation, and parliamentary procedures. The activity demonstrated TASL’s commitment to preparing future legal professionals for leadership in law, policy, and business. Through activities such as legal debates, moot courts, internships, and practical training, TASL continues to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and integrity needed to contribute effectively to society at both national and international levels.
