AU Partners with Ruamchit-Normklao Foundation to Empower Youth and Preserve Thai Cultural Heritage

Assumption University of Thailand (AU) proudly partnered with the Ruamchit-Normklao Foundation for Youth under Royal Patronage to host the 10th Thai Art and Culture Promotion Program from October 21–25, 2025. The program welcomed scholarship recipients from all 77 provinces to AU’s Suvarnabhumi Campus and important cultural and historical sites in Bangkok and surrounding areas.

Throughout the program, young participants explored Thailand’s rich heritage through visits to major landmarks, museums, and cultural institutions, including the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Arun, Ancient City (Muang Boran), Museum Siam, and other significant sites. These experiences provided opportunities to learn about Thai history, traditions, and cultural identity beyond the classroom.

In addition to cultural excursions, AU organized learning and reflection activities that encouraged teamwork, critical thinking, youth leadership, and appreciation of Thai values. The program concluded with participants sharing experiences, building new friendships, and gaining renewed inspiration to preserve and promote Thailand’s cultural heritage for future generations.
